Create best practices for sending emails, including abuse detection and prevention emailsMonitor the deliverability, metrics and effectiveness of emailsProvide insights and recommendations on product changes and improvements to increase email delivery ratesIdentify abusive activities, and define and configure abuse detection systems and other abuse prevention activitiesAct as a consultant to internal stakeholders and Wix users on email best practicesHandle mitigation requests with ISPs and blacklistsOwn the communication with 3rd-party partners regarding email sending and delivery servicesWork closely with customer success and development teams


Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in the IT industry in a trust and safety, support or quality assurance roleExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience in client-facing consulting, and working with cross-functional teamsSelf-driven and able to take initiative without explicit instructionGood time management skills and attention to details Understanding of the intricacies of email technology, including sending strategies, authentication, reputation, data hygiene, privacy, permissions, anti-spam policies and more – an advantage

The Wix Emails team is at the forefront of crafting powerful, reliable and scalable email solutions. We take full ownership of building and maintaining the email sending infrastructure that supports millions of Wix users. Our team is also responsible for developing an intuitive email composing product and providing robust analytics to optimize email performance. Our mission is to empower Wix users with advanced automated and manual email marketing strategies, enabling them to effectively engage with their audiences. In addition to serving our users, we also support the internal email needs of the company.
